About The Role:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling designs across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Design brand-aligned creatives such as banners, posters, brochures, and presentations
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
• Produce motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content (preferred)
• Understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all materials
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic / Creative Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Knowledge of Canva, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (added advantage)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Creative thinking with excellent visual communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
