Creative Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to develop engaging and impactful visual designs for [campaigns, branding, social media, print, and digital platforms]. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to translate ideas into visually compelling designs that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other digital/print materials.
• Develop branding elements such as logos, infographics, posters, and visual identity systems.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats (social media posts, reels, GIFs, banners, reports, hoardings).
• Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
• Stay updated on design trends, audience preferences, and innovative techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
• Provide creative inputs during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files for easy retrieval and reuse.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic/creative designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design tools like Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and improve designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Motion graphics/video editing skills are an added advantage.
