Creative Copywriter

You will be joining Honasa Consumer Limited (HCL), a rapidly growing Beauty & Personal Care company that focuses on building consumer brands with Honest, Natural, and Safe ingredients. HCL caters to millennial consumers by offering Innovative products, an Evolved proposition, and Direct-to-consumer marketing strategies. With a presence in over 500 cities in India and a portfolio including brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Ayuga, and Bblunt, HCL is creating an ecosystem that benefits consumers and the community at large. As the Content Specialist, your key responsibilities will involve owning end-to-end content to drive revenue, clicks, awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion. You will be responsible for creating and managing the content calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring content creation aligns with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc responsibilities to boost revenue efficiency and maintain brand hygiene across platforms. To qualify for this role, you should hold a 3-year college degree and have at least 4 years of copywriting experience in social media or digital advertising. Experience with advertising agencies, social media agencies, or internal creative teams of brands is preferred. A strong command of English, knowledge of all social media platforms, and familiarity with digital marketing best practices are essential. Experience in digital creative communication is a definite plus. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is eager to learn about marketing and capable of developing a brand voice that resonates with our personality. Extensive experience in creating social media videos and performance marketing videos is highly valued, with a preference for TVC experience. You should have a robust portfolio showcasing your work and be adept at working independently to develop creative content, write marketing projects, digital ads, and promotional material. A natural flair for copywriting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with the Art Team to visualize ideas are essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate.
