Creative Content Strategist & Influencer Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Content & Copywriting

  • Create engaging, original, and persuasive content for social media, blogs, campaigns, and brand promotions.
  • Write compelling captions, ad copies, and brand communication content.
  • Develop creative storytelling concepts aligned with brand voice.

2. Script Writing & Video Content

  • Write high-retention scripts for

    YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos

    .
  • Design powerful

    HOOK BODY CTA

    structures to maximize audience engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with video editors and creators for smooth content execution.

3. Influencer Marketing & Management

  • Identify, coordinate, and manage influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Handle influencer pages and oversee content publishing strategies.
  • Monitor influencer performance and campaign effectiveness.

4. Social Media Optimization (SMO)

  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms.
  • Optimize posts for maximum reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategies accordingly.

5. On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

  • Optimize content using on-page SEO techniques including keywords, meta tags, headings, and readability improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to improve website and content rankings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    Creative Writing, Content Strategy, and Digital Marketing

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    On-Page SEO

    and content optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in

    Influencer Marketing & Influencer Page Management

    .
  • Expertise in writing scripts for

    YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts & Ads

  • Excellent command over English (and Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of audience psychology, trends, and engagement techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
