LaFetch is India’s freshest fashion destination, a curated marketplace for the coolest homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.

We’re building the future of how fashion is discovered, created, and consumed. And now we’re looking for a Creative Person who can take YouTube, long-form, brand content, and high-impact storytelling to the next level.

This is not a quiet, sit-and-edit role.

This is fast, creative, 0→1 execution.

You’ll be part of the core team shaping how LaFetch looks, sounds, and performs on YouTube and across our brand universe.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of the monthly YouTube content calendar and shaping LaFetch’s long-form storytelling.
• Brainstorming, ideating, scripting, referencing, and bringing fresh, fun, fast concepts to life.
• Working closely with GrowCo to ensure your vision is edited exactly the way you imagined — clean, sharp, and high-impact.
• Being comfortable both behind and in front of the camera because great ideas sometimes need your face, your voice, or your vibe.
• Spotting trends early and knowing how to adapt them into YouTube formats, reels, statics, stories, or mixed-media content.
• Aligning brand content across verticals so that our reels, statics, stories, and long-form videos stay premium and consistent.
• Deep diving into post-posting performance and running growth experiments to understand what’s clicking, what needs tweaking, and what we scale next.
• Creating and maintaining strong references and inspiration decks for LinkedIn brand books and future campaign playbooks.
• If you’ve ever looked at a YouTube video and thought, “I can do this cleaner and faster,” this role was made for you.
