Job Description

"> Responsible to handle service delivery operations.> Service Network development and changes as per business need in territory.> NAD customer services prioritize and resolve as per SLA set by HO.> Training and troubleshooting guidance to technician on field and visit to major customers under AMC/OW/IW> Service Marketing - Promoting Blue Star Spares to channel partners and adding in to business revenue of branch> AMC retention, conversion and acquire as per product category and old data base> Sales channel visits and settle stock issues within timeline> Handling escalations in field and resolve on top priority"
