CPU Post Si HW Program Manager/SR Program Analyst

As a Program Manager at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to develop, define, and execute plans for programs, ensuring schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks are managed effectively. You will be required to monitor the program from initiation through delivery, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to address technical matters as needed. Your role will involve tracking budget/spending, ensuring on-time delivery, and achieving program milestones while representing the program and driving alignment across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Support the establishment of program goals and prioritize deliverables under minimal supervision - Manage multiple small programs/technologies with minimal complexity or a single program/technology with moderate complexity - Build and manage the execution of the Plan of Record, including schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, communication methods, scope, and prioritization - Track key metrics for programs, provide early warning for potential deviations, and escalate significant deviations in a timely manner - Coordinate the work of a small team on assigned tasks, maintain progress tracking, and identify program issues/risks with mitigation plans - Support team vision and objectives, motivate team members, and ensure compliance with processes and best practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience - 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization - 1+ year of experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc. In this role, you will be working under some supervision, making low to moderate impact decisions. Effective verbal and written communication skills will be essential to convey complex information to others with limited knowledge. You will be required to complete tasks with multiple steps, exercise creativity, and utilize deductive and inductive problem-solving skills.
