Role- CPU Benchmarking Engineer

Experience- 3 to 8 years

Location- Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPU Benchmarking Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPU benchmarking, with specific expertise in SPECint, power measurements, Core Sight, and performance monitoring counters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute CPU benchmarking tests, including SPECint and power measurements.
• Analyze and interpret benchmarking results to provide insights into CPU performance and power efficiency.
• Utilize CoreSight and performance monitoring counters to gather detailed performance data.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize CPU performance and power consumption.
• Develop and maintain benchmarking tools and scripts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest benchmarking methodologies and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on benchmarking results and findings.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of benchmarking processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CPU benchmarking, including SPECint and power measurements.
• Strong knowledge of CPU architecture and performance analysis.
• Expertise in CoreSight and performance monitoring counters.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other benchmarking suites and tools.
• Knowledge of power management techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with hardware performance counters and profiling tools.
