CPC Certified Medical Coder

Certified Professional Coder (CPC)

• Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate

  CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes

• Ensure coding accuracy and adherence to

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with

• Work collaboratively with quality analysts and team leads to resolve coding discrepancies.
• Stay updated with the latest

• Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

• CPC Certification (AAPC)

  – Mandatory.
• 0–3 years of experience in

  medical coding

  (Freshers with CPC welcome).
• Knowledge of

  E/M, Surgery, Radiology, and Anesthesia

  coding preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of

  medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
