CPA/CFA Freshers

Role Overview: As a part of the Financial Operations group, you will be responsible for various post-trade activities within different sub-departments such as Trade Accounting and Operations, Middle Office, Treasury, Pricing, and Fund and Investor Allocations. These activities are crucial for the smooth functioning of our global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Reconciling Trades, Position, Cash and Swap MTM against the counterparty or fund administrator - Resolution of trade and settlement issues - Managing the trade affirmation and confirmation process - Managing cash settlements for OTC positions - Securities and Transaction Management including creation of securities, manual booking of trades, updating associated reference data and attributes, and resolving exceptions - Asset Servicing and Corporate Action management across various asset classes - Maintenance of general reference data in Treasury - Managing margin-related movements, collateral management, securities lending, and collateral interest reconciliation - Reviewing pricing outliers, handling manual pricing of securities, and reconciling price differences - Processing Investor Capital transactions - Tracking and managing investor commitments - Allocating P&L across fund structures at an investor account level - Reconciling investor level NAV components including capital, P&L, and management and incentive fees Qualifications Required: - A Postgraduate/Professional degree (CA, CFA, CPA) and/or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude - Good oral and written communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and take on additional responsibilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel,
