The role of a PE Fund Accountant at Citco involves being a core member of the Private Equity team, working alongside accomplished professionals to provide award-winning services for complex fund structures. The responsibilities include maintaining books and records, calculating fund Net Asset Values, preparing financial statements and reports, calculating carried interest/performance fees, and handling investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalizations. Additionally, the PE Fund Accountant must collaborate with the Investor Relations team to address investor inquiries, distribute capital activity updates, and manage other investor notices. Participation in various projects related to business expansion and evolution is also expected. Identifying and escalating significant issues that impact service delivery is crucial, along with performing any other necessary functions within the company's operations. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and possess a professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or similar.
