Coverage Support Analyst, NCT

Role Overview: You will be working as a Coverage Support Analyst in Pune, India. This role is suitable for individuals early in their career who have a passion for utilizing data to drive financial insights and decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include cleaning, structuring, and analyzing financial datasets to support Salesforce reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Apart from Salesforce Data, you will also work on different reporting and analytics tools. The role requires you to work in the US Timezone (02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST). Key Responsibilities: - Generate reports on Salesforce data, particularly opportunities and activities, and create dashboards within Salesforce, Analytics Studio. - Run reports for various business needs such as sales reporting, management reporting, data management, and ad-hoc user requests. - Collaborate with the internal IT team to optimize the Salesforce data model based on reporting requirements. - Provide day-to-day support for sales staff within Sales Cloud Salesforce CRM including Account & Contact Management, Activities, Campaign Management, Reporting, and Analytics for 1,500 users globally. - Manage case pipeline for incoming requests and assist in process documentation. - Conduct training sessions for users on effective CRM application usage. - Gather, clean, and validate large financial datasets from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Structure raw data for analysis and reporting purposes. - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. - Apply statistical techniques to support business decision-making. - Document processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Prior CRM experience is essential for this role, with Salesforce experience being preferred. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Salesforce native dashboards, analytics studio, Tableau & Qlik Sense. - Understanding of complex data structures and experience working with data sets. - Experience with data migration projects and data quality management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Bachelor's and/or advanced degree. - Familiarity with Demand tools and Tableau is advantageous.,
