Role Overview We are seeking a Course Developer for a 4-credit course in Digital Marketing & Social Media. This is a contract-based, offline role focused on developing and delivering high-quality academic content. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating structured e-learning materials, including video lectures, practical assignments, digital reading content, and assessments. Qualifications Educational: Ph.D. or MBA in Marketing Management. Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in digital marketing. Content Creation: Must have an active YouTube channel or have created at least 30 hours of e-content. Academic Skills: Strong academic writing, content presentation, and assessment design skills. Availability: Must be available to work on-site during weekdays and working hours. Course Structure (Total: 60 Hours) Video Content: 12 hours Structured into modules based on key topics, recorded in-studio (no live audience). Practical Activities: 12 hours Includes case studies, project work, and hands-on assignments. Digital Book: 30 hours Self-paced reading material with guiding questions, summaries, and academic references. Assessment: 6 hours Includes quizzes (1–2 hours) and a final assessment (3 hours). Key Responsibilities Develop and present academic content in-studio at Bharati Bhawan, Pune. Design and structure course modules aligned with academic standards. Create engaging and academically sound digital reading material. Develop practical assignments and assessments. Ensure content quality, originality, and alignment with learning outcomes. Additional Information This is a contract-based role for the development of one course only. No travel allowance or accommodation will be provided. All content created will be the intellectual property of Bharati Vidyapeeth. The candidate must be comfortable with on-camera delivery in a studio setting. Show more Show less
