Our Jaipur branch is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Course Counselor to handle student admissions, career guidance, and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in and telephonic inquiries for various creative and IT courses.
• Counsel students and parents on course details, duration, fees, and career outcomes.
• Achieve admission and revenue targets for monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM or Excel trackers.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic managers for demo classes and student queries.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities as required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment within the center.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in education counseling, inside sales, or tele-counseling is preferred.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
• Ability to guide students in choosing the right career path.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
• Should be punctual, organized, and committed to achieving results.
