Sell courses/products and follow up with prospects Social Media Engagement Course Facilitation/Onboarding/Closure Responsibilities include assisting prospective students with enrollment, providing information about courses, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting the sales team. The role also involves organizational tasks related to course administration. Some work-from-home flexibility is available.
