Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Optimization:
Analyze client supply chain operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels across procurement, production, inventory, and distribution.
Process Design & Reengineering:
Lead or participate in the design and reengineering of supply chain processes to streamline workflows, increase process automation, and align with best practices.
System Implementation & Integration:
Work closely with IT and business teams to implement and integrate systems such as ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and other supply chain tools to improve process efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Leverage data analytics to identify performance trends, provide insights, and generate reports that drive informed decisions on supply chain activities.
Demand Planning & Forecasting:
Collaborate with business teams to enhance demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement processes to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
