Country Delivery Head Infrastructure Services

The Country Delivery Head - Infrastructure Services position is with a reputed IT services organization seeking a senior leader to manage the infrastructure services delivery function in India. The role requires deep domain expertise, prior VP-level experience, and a successful track record in overseeing large-scale infrastructure programs and teams. As the Country Delivery Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure Services across operations in India. Your primary focus will be on driving customer success through ensuring consistent service delivery, maintaining quality assurance standards, and adhering to SLAs. You will provide strategic direction to delivery teams based in Chennai and Bangalore, establishing and managing delivery governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the organization. Collaboration with business development and presales teams is essential for solutioning and client engagement. You will also be responsible for monitoring financial performance, team utilization, and margin optimization within the delivery functions. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in IT services with a strong background in infrastructure delivery. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or VP-level role within a services-based organization is required. Demonstrated success in managing global clients and large delivery teams is crucial. Expertise in areas such as Cloud, Data Center, End User Computing, Network Services, and ITSM is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, agile, and matrixed environment. The preferred work location for this position is Chennai, with Bangalore being considered for exceptional profiles.
