Counter Staff

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer orders and billings via POS, handle inventory alerts, and ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to encourage sales through effective interaction. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, guiding them to select menu items based on their preferences and tastes. • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. • Billing and Accountability: Handle billing processes, ensuring there are no discrepancies. Be accountable for any billing gaps. • Sales Promotion: Encourage customers to take advantage of offers and promotions to increase sales. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low. • Outlet Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet. Ensure the outlet is opened and closed on time. • Reporting: Share daily reports on sales and inventory with management. • Customer Feedback: Collect regular feedback from customers and encourage them to provide online reviews. Share insights on customer reactions with the team. • Online Orders:- He should be managing the online orders(Swiggy/Zomato) and should take care of issues/concerns/reviews received on the order delivered and improve accordingly.
