This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales Representative located in Pune. The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with travel inquiries, providing detailed information on travel packages, making recommendations based on customer needs, and closing sales. Daily tasks will include handling customer service inquiries, processing bookings and payments, coordinating with other team members, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on travel products and services.
