*Experience mandatary in Tiles sector minimum 6 months. As a Tile Counter Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking tile solutions. Your role involves assisting walk-in clients, providing expert product advice, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires a blend of product knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales acumen. 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting tiles that meet their design, quality, and budget requirements. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest tile trends, materials, and applications to provide accurate information and recommendations. Sales Transactions: Process sales orders, handle cash and digital payments, and manage billing procedures efficiently. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking, and ensure the showroom displays are organized and appealing. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
