We have a shop inside the PSG Tech boys hostel, we need candidates for counter billing and taking xerox and printout 📝 Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers at the store counter, promote products, handle billing, and ensure a positive shopping experience. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the counter Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Provide product features, pricing, and promotional details Process sales transactions, issue bills, and manage cash/card payments Maintain product display and ensure counter cleanliness Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely Maintain daily sales records and report to the store manager Keep updated on new arrivals, discounts, and stock levels ✅ Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred) 0–3 years experience in retail or counter sales (FMCG, electronics, garments, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (billing software/POS systems) Customer-oriented approach and sales skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
