Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high standards of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets

G
reet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other precious jewellery items.
Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, purity, and craftsmanship.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery collections, offers, and promotions.
Demonstrate and promote products to customers with confidence and product expertise.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection accurately.
Ensure all products on display are clean, organized, and properly tagged.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
Support inventory management and participate in stock audits as required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in customer interaction and sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile

2to 5 years of experience in selling gold and diamond jewellery.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of jewellery quality, purity, and certification is preferred.
