We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable products, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to billing. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers at the counter. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Provide detailed product information, specifications, and pricing. Prepare quotations, invoices, and handle billing transactions. Ensure proper product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness at the counter. Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and delivery schedules. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain good customer relations and encourage repeat business. Update daily sales records and submit reports to the sales manager. Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in counter sales/retail sales/customer handling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of billing software, MS Office, and basic accounting. Ability to persuade and upsell products. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first approach.
