Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our retail team at ComfyMart. This role requires a keen understanding of product presentation, customer service, and basic inventory/sales operations using Tally and Excel. You will represent our brand on the shop floor and play a key role in creating a delightful buying experience for our walk-in customers. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through product options (mattresses, curtains, pillows, bedsheets, etc.) Explain customization features and price points clearly and confidently. Prepare and share quotations based on customer needs using basic formulas (rates x measurements). Generate bills and manage daily sales entries through Tally. Maintain product records, customer details, and sales tracking on Excel. Coordinate with the backend team for stock availability and deliveries. Keep the counter area organized, clean, and customer-friendly. Follow-up with leads and ensure post-sale service when required. 📚 Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field. Basic working knowledge of Tally (Sales/Voucher entries) and Microsoft Excel. 1+ years of experience in counter sales or showroom handling (Home Décor/Furniture preferred but not mandatory). Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English. Ability to grasp technical product knowledge (training will be provided). 🛍️ Preferred Attributes: Pleasant personality and approachable attitude. Customer-first mindset. Confidence in handling high-end clientele and explaining product USPs.
