Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counter Sale Executive located in Vadodara. The Counter Sale Executive will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires ensuring the sales counter area is clean and organized and supporting promotional activities as needed.

NOTE:-

1. 7 DAYS WORKING WILL BE THERE (SUNDAY WILL COUNT DOUBLE PAYOUT).
2. EXECTING INCENTIVE STRUCTURE YOU CAN ACHIEVE BEFORE ELIGIBILTY OF TARGET.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience and product knowledge in agricultural equipment or related industry
• Inventory management and organizational skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales software
• Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
