Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Vadodara. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representative skills
• Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the agricultural equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
