Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nellore for a Counselor at Medicover Hospitals. The Counselor will be responsible for providing emotional and psychological support to patients, conducting assessments and therapy sessions, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with healthcare teams. The Counselor will also be involved in developing treatment plans, offering crisis intervention, and providing resources and referrals to patients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in counseling, psychological assessment, and therapy
• Experience in developing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to offer crisis intervention and provide resources to patients
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in counseling or psychology
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
