Job Overview:

The Counselor will work closely under the guidance of the Academic Counsellors to assist in the student counselling and admission process. This is a learning and support-based role where the Counsellor will initially help senior team members in handling student inquiries, maintaining data, and coordinating with internal teams. Over time, as they gain experience and understanding of the counselling process, they will independently handle and close admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in providing accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.

· Follow up with leads under the supervision of senior counsellors to ensure timely communication and conversions.

· Maintain and update student records and call logs accurately.

· Coordinate with Tele Counsellors and internal teams for documentation and student onboarding.

· Observe and learn the complete counselling process to independently manage students over time.

· Assist Academic Counsellors until you are fully trained and capable of handling leads or students independently, after which you will be responsible for managing and closing leads on your own.

· Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies in all interactions.

· Contribute towards achieving team enrollment targets and assist in the daily operations of the counselling department.
