Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Indore. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting with MBA applications, helping students with career planning, and conducting counseling sessions. The role also involves organizing and presenting informational sessions, maintaining student records, and providing one-on-one support to address individual student needs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in educational counseling and career guidance
• Knowledge of MBA application processes and career planning
• Organizational skills and ability to conduct informational sessions
• Empathy, patience, and a student-centric approach
• Ability to maintain accurate student records and provide personalized support
• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in educational institutions or counseling services is an advantage
