Typical responsibilities include:

• Providing counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online
• Working with individuals, families or groups
• Keeping confidential records
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
• Listening to clients' concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way

Skill Required

● Understanding of Education-Based Counselling/ Knowledge of MS Office & Basic Computer.
● Good communication & interpersonal skills● Business Strategy Skills and understanding of Finance Terminologies● Past Experience of working as a Counsellor/Call center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
