???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Lead Conversion Reach out to potential students and convert leads into enrollments.

???? Academic Counseling Understand learners needs, give product demos, and provide counseling.

???? Sales Pitching Communicate course structure, benefits, and outcomes effectively.

???? Target Achievement Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

???? CRM Management Track and manage all leads, follow-ups, and closures.

???? Customer Relationship Build long-term trust with students and parents.

???? Qualifications:

? Bachelors degree (any stream); MBA is a plus.

? 03 years in EdTech sales or counseling.

? Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

? Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
