Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to prospective students from our inquiry database to inform them about our yoga courses, fees, schedules, and benefits. Lead Conversion: Persuasively explain course details, handle objections, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. Follow-Up Management: Maintain regular follow-ups via call and WhatsApp to nurture interest and increase enrollment rates. Database Updating: Accurately record call details, lead status, and follow-up schedules in Excel or CRM tools. Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly call targets and conversion goals as set by the team lead or management. Support & Feedback: Provide feedback on common queries, lead quality, and communication gaps to help improve marketing and outreach.
