Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, empathetic, and skilled Counsellor to provide professional support and guidance to individuals facing emotional, psychological, educational, or career-related challenges. The successful candidate will use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients develop coping strategies, improve mental health, and achieve personal goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions with clients. Assess clients’ needs, challenges, and goals through interviews, observations, and tests. Develop and implement individualized treatment or support plans. Provide crisis intervention when necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Refer clients to other healthcare professionals or services when appropriate. Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, or employers as needed. Stay up-to-date on best practices and legal standards in counselling and mental health. Organize and participate in workshops or awareness programs, if applicable.
