Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counsellor located in Kochi. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing students with detailed information and advice on study abroad opportunities, assisting with course application processes, and guiding students through visa applications. Additional duties include maintaining student records, staying updated on international education systems, participating in promotional events, and offering post-landing support to ensure a smooth transition for students.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations, and application processes
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to provide personalized advice and support to students
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the education consultancy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
