Telecaller / Counselor (Fresher) – Inbound Process (R. Prathmesh8976318334) Location: Mumbai (Andheri West preferred) | Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: Fresher (Training Provided) Salary & Incentives Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month Performance-based Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹15,000/month What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls from potential customers. Provide clear, confident, and engaging counseling about services. Understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution. Maintain 60+ productive calls per day. Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural. Record call details accurately in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline. Who We’re Looking For Freshers are welcome (full training provided). Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English; regional languages are a plus. Target-driven and results-oriented. Quick learner, confident, and mentally sharp. Disciplined, responsible, and comfortable speaking on calls for long hours. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Spreadsheet) is required. What We Expect This is not a casual calling job.
