* Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads in a professional manner.

* Assist in following up with prospective students to improve engagement and
conversions.
* Maintain enquiry logs, lead records, and admission updates using CRM or internal
software.
* Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for efficient student onboarding.

* Work towards achieving monthly admission and follow-up targets.
Bachelors Degree in any stream.
* 3–4 years of experience in academic counselling, student support, or education sales

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Polished, confident, and student-friendly attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience in admission counselling, career counselling, or education consulting.
