Role Description

This is an internship role for a Counsellor at C-Hub, located on-site in Kozhikode. As a Counsellor Intern, you will engage with students and parents to provide career guidance, facilitate personalized career mapping, and assist learners in navigating our AI and VR-powered educational platforms. You will contribute to delivering real-world mentorship programs, curating customized academic resources, and enhancing the overall career development experience for participants. Collaboration with mentors and educational experts is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with students and parents
• Knowledge in career counseling techniques, student engagement, and guidance practices
• Adaptability to work with AI and VR-based platforms
• Organizational skills to manage personalized career mapping and guidance activities
• Passion for education, career development, and leveraging emerging technologies in learning
• Familiarity with EdTech tools and a basic understanding of new-age careers is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, Career Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a dynamic, innovative team
