Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Executive with Counseling Skills will play a critical role in driving our business growth by engaging with prospective learners and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. This role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and providing counseling to prospective learners about our educational services.
Key Responsibilities:Counseling and Lead Conversion:o Contact and engage with prospective learners to understand their needs and provide tailored counseling on our Courses.o Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.Client Relationship Management:o Reach out to clients for marketing and business development purposes.o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.Sales Execution:o Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.Marketing Activities:o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.o Reporting and Analysis:o Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.o Involved in the admin work like registration, fees follow-ups etc.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, counseling, or a related role.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.Basic knowledge of sales.
