Role Overview: As a Legal Advisor for the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) function, you will serve as the day-to-day counsel and provide guidance on claims management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with external/internal counsel and internal stakeholders on various legal strategies, pleadings, discovery, mediations, settlements, and trials - Handle a diverse range of legal matters including contract/commercial, personal injury, property damage, environmental, insurance, labor/employment, and others - Evaluate litigation, claims, disputes, and other legal issues for potential reserves and receivables, financial statement disclosure, and compliance with reporting requirements - Communicate effectively with different business units and organizations within the company - Foster strong working relationships with the legal team and management - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders based on your knowledge and experience - Review and analyze legal documents across various subjects Qualification Required: - Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree - Good standing member of a Bar Association - Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation/claims management experience - Ability to contribute to the development of effective solutions supporting the company's global strategies - Capable of interacting professionally with all levels of the business and senior management - Proficient in handling a broad range of legal matters and issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Represent the legal team in a professional manner at all times (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted as per the provided instructions.),
