Costing Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.

2. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ).

3. To take check the measurement from the site.

4. To follow up on the accounts department for payment.

5. Ensuring Completion Certificate for each project.

6. To get work done as per the protocol of the company.

7. Meet & discuss with client to determine factors affecting planning of interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, purpose & function, confer with clients to determine their needs.

8. Review details of technical drawings or specifications.

9. Coordinate with interior works and installation activities.

10. Present work to clients for approval.

11. Estimate material requirements and costs.

12. Present design to client for approval.

13. Estimate costs for the projects.

14. Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings.

15. Planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of project activities such as raw material purchases, inventory and labour.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Civil Engineer.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in commercial/retail fitout industry.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or with teams.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and ergonomic design
