Costing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Costing & Pricing

Prepare product costing sheets based on raw material, labor, overheads, and logistics.

Analyze cost variations and recommend competitive yet profitable pricing strategies.

Support in preparing quotations and proposals for customers.

2. Market & Sales Support

Work closely with the marketing/sales team to provide costing data , RFQs, and client commercial follow up.

Analyze competitor pricing trends and market rates.

3. Data & Reporting

Maintain a database of costing, quotations, and pricing history.

Generate regular costing and margin analysis reports for management.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities with accurate costing inputs.

4. Coordination

Coordinate with production, purchase, and finance teams for updated cost inputs.

Liaise with vendors/suppliers for updated material and logistics costs.

Support the sales team in client negotiations with accurate costing justifications.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong knowledge of costing, pricing, and financial analysis.

Good understanding of manufacturing/industrial processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP,SAP systems, and costing software.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance Any UG and preffered In Manufacturing Industry

2-3 years of experience in costing, pricing, or marketing support (manufacturing industry preferred).

Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
