Costing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quotations for modular kitchens and wardrobes based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and accurate costing.
• Maintain records of all quotations sent, follow-ups, and client feedback.
• Understand material specifications, finishes, and pricing structures.
• Assist sales executives in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
• Follow up with clients to clarify quotation details and convert leads into orders.
• Update CRM / sales tracking systems with quotation status and client interactions.
• Support the sales team in generating reports on quotation conversions and pipeline.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotations and follow company standards and formats.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in sales / quotation preparation (preferably in interior, furniture, or modular kitchen/wardrobe industry).
• Basic understanding of modular kitchen/wardrobe components and materials.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (for costing and quotation preparation)
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,741.18 - ₹31,758.76 per month
