Job Title: Costing & Quotation Executive

Location: Jaipur

CTC: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing & Quotation Executive who can prepare accurate box

quotations, create layouts on CorelDRAW, and support the sales team with timely costing. The role

requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of packaging materials, and the ability to optimise

layouts to ensure high Gross Profit (GP) for the company.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Quotation Making

• Prepare accurate box quotations based on size, layout, and material details.
• Enter all specifications and calculations in the costing software.

2. CorelDRAW Layouts

• Create box layouts/die-lines as required.
• Optimise sheet usage to ensure minimum wastage.

3. Material & Costing Knowledge

• Understand paper, board, fabric, foam, printing, and finishing materials.
• Calculate sheet layout and costing accurately.

4. GP Calculation

• Maintain GP as per company standards.
• Ensure all quotations meet profitability benchmarks.

5. Coordination

• Support the sales team with fast, clear, and accurate quotations.
• Handle edits, changes, and revisions quickly.

6. Reporting

• Maintain the daily quotation tracker.
• Share weekly GP reports and quotation summaries.

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of CorelDRAW.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience in costing, packaging, printing, or related fields (preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
