We at JeAmour Skin Care Clinic are seeking a dynamic and skilled Cosmetologist Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional aesthetic and dermatological care to our clients while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Aesthetic Procedures

• Carry out advanced skin treatments such as PRP treatments, Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Reduction, Q-Switch Laser, Mesotherapy, Fillers, Thread Lift, Microneedling, Microblading, and Hydrafacial services.
• Ensure efficacy, safety, and adherence to clinic protocols during all medical and aesthetic procedures.

Collaborate with the Team

• Assist lead doctors with various procedures and supervise laser therapists/technicians to maintain high operational standards.
• Work closely with the team to provide patient diagnoses, consultations, and personalized treatment plans.
• Enhance Customer Satisfaction
• Maximize client satisfaction by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously improving service quality.
• Recommend appropriate service packages through expert skin consultations.
• Support Business Operations

Oversee aesthetic business operations, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative clinic growth.

Assist the marketing team by providing valuable insights and support for promoting clinic services.

Maintain Clinical Standards

Ensure high professional standards and stay updated with the latest clinical practices and protocols.

Handle diverse patient needs with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• Previous experience performing laser treatments, fillers, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Hands-on expertise in treatments such as PRP, Mesotherapy, MRF, and more.

Skills:

• Proficient in Laser Hair Removal and injectable treatments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and protocols in aesthetics.
• Ability to convert patient consultations into successful treatment plans.

Traits:

• Sound theoretical and clinical knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
