Cosmetic Product Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for diverse product development requirements.
• Share detailed product briefs with suppliers for sample development based on management guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers for modifications to meet budget, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct cost comparisons across suppliers and finalize the most competitive deal for bulk procurement.
• Oversee packaging development aligned with market trends, technical usability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms and pricing.
• Monitor the production process at supplier facilities, ensuring adherence to quality checks and timelines.
• Implement core business strategies effectively to enhance customer satisfaction, quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, and reporting for product development projects.
