Job Summary:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Security Trainer to join our global training team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Cisco security technologies, hands-on experience with firewalls, and the ability to deliver high-quality training to diverse audiences worldwide. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong technical foundations, and flexibility to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Cisco Security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and related products).

Design, update, and customize course materials to align with industry trends and certification requirements.

Conduct global trainings in rotational shifts (covering multiple time zones).

Provide hands-on lab guidance, case studies, and scenario-based exercises.

Mentor learners in real-world implementations of Cisco security solutions.

Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity products and practices.

Technical Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of Cisco Security solutions (ASA, Firepower, Cisco ISE, VPNs, NGFWs, etc.).

Solid foundation in network security fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, access control, encryption).

Proficiency with at least one additional firewall/security product:

FortiGate

Palo Alto

Check Point

Juniper

Sophos
