Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver

  training programs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related Oracle technologies for internal employees and/or clients.

• Design customized learning materials

  , presentations, labs, and assessments tailored to various skill levels.

• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions

  , workshops, and certification bootcamps.

• Assess learning outcomes

  through quizzes, feedback forms, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in training quality.

• Stay updated

  with the latest Oracle releases, OCI updates, and certification requirements.

• Collaborate

  with technical and HR teams to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning paths.

• Provide post-training support

  and mentorship to learners to help them apply skills effectively in their roles.

• Maintain training documentation

  and update content regularly in line with Oracle’s evolving technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–10 years of experience

  in corporate or technical training, specifically in Oracle technologies.

• Hands-on experience

  with

  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

  .

• Oracle Certified Professional / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified

  (Associate, Architect, or Specialist level).
• Excellent

  presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in

  cloud computing, database administration, or Oracle applications

  .
• Familiarity with

  instructional design tools

  (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
• Exposure to

  blended learning models

  and

  e-learning platforms

  .
• Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
