Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer/Trainer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Blazor, and the .NET Framework. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, a willingness to travel, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training and/or work on development projects using Microsoft technologies
• Create, customize, and update training materials or project documentation
• Provide hands-on guidance to learners or team members
• Stay updated with latest Microsoft tools, frameworks, and trends
• Collaborate with global teams, manage session schedules across time zones
• Travel domestically or internationally as needed

Required Skills:

• Proficient in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WPF, WCF, MVC, Blazor, .NET Framework
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Open to learning new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) or MCSD certification (beneficial, not mandatory)
• Experience in corporate training or mentoring (preferred)
