Corporate Trainer - Cisco

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Corporate Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on Cisco technologies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in networking fundamentals, certified in CCNA (mandatory), and preferably hold CCNP Service Provider credentials. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent presentation skills to deliver engaging training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training programs on Cisco technologies, including Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, and Data Center (as per expertise).
• Conduct sessions for CCNA (mandatory) and CCNP Service Provider (preferred) certifications.
• Adapt training delivery for both virtual and classroom formats to meet learner needs.
• Design and update course materials, labs, and exercises to reflect current Cisco standards and best practices.
• Assess learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and support certification success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training offerings and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay current with Cisco updates, certifications, and industry trends to deliver the latest knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of training or industry experience in Cisco technologies.
• CCNA Certification (mandatory); CCNP Service Provider preferred.
• Expertise in Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, and/or Data Center technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
• Proven ability to deliver both classroom and virtual training effectively.
• Cisco Certified Trainer / Instructor background preferred.
