Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing corporate sales accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Key tasks will include market research, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and presenting sales proposals to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve B2B corporate sales targets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the corporate gifting sector
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with brand managers and key corporate clients
  • Track industry trends and customer insights to refine strategies
  • Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and actionable business insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 35 years of proven corporate B2B sales experience in

    corporate gifting, toys, or promotional gifting

  • Strong network and experience working with leading brand managers
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office
